Application Specialist — IBSA Institut Biochimique

The position is placed within the Enterprise Technology & Transformation function. The candidate will be responsible for introducing, managing and maintaining software dedicated to the Business, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs and R&D areas in environments subject to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, as well as supporting IT Quality Assurance in validation activities. ## Responsibilities

• Configuration, management, development and maintenance of business and GMP critical IT systems, for example: ServiceNow, Chromeleon, VEEVA, Adiuto, FreeWeigh, OneTrust, DocuSign, Laboratory Analysis Tool Management Software and Production Machine and Line Management Software.
• Project management of the implementation of new IT solutions, interacting with users and suppliers: from requirement collection, selection to implementation.
• Technical documentation, procedures and validation technical documents according to 21 CFR part 11.
• Definition of application design and workflow processes, in collaboration with suppliers and department representatives.
• User support and application maintenance in defining and managing roles, users, profiles and access. ## Required Profile
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• At least four years of experience in software management, configuration, support and development.
• At least two years of experience in managing medium-sized project.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills (minimum B2).
• Teamwork, collaboration, flexibility and adaptability skills, communication and relational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality flows.
• Ability to design, implement and diagnose medium to large-sized IT solutions.
• Ability to collect and analyze customer requirements and interact with technical and functional stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Previous work experience in pharmaceutical companies is appreciated.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow service from an administrative point of view: configuration and development is appreciated. ## What We Offer
