• In a team of four people, directly attached to the Directorate, you will deal autonomously with complex cases of professional civil liability, notably for lawyers, notaries, trustees, IT service providers
• Your area of responsibility will also include handling complaints related to organ responsibility, cybercrime and abuse of trust
• Your activity will include clarification of the facts, legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, as well as the conduct of negotiations with the injured and their legal representatives and, if necessary, accompanying legal proceedings
• In addition, you will support subscriptions in risk assessment, collaborate on projects and make presentations at seminars ## Your skills and your talents
• You're proactive and team-minded, you know how to assert yourself and negotiate, case study is a challenge you like to meet
• Thanks to your great analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex problems, you are able to solve them quickly
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• You are a lawyer and with a Swiss lawyer's certificate, you have a few years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, the legal or insurance field)
