Become part of our team! We are looking for a school assistant 55% at the school Hardau as of 1 November 2026 or by appointment. Working days Monday to Friday.

Tasks

• Support for teachers and class teams in teaching and school life
• Accompanying and supporting individual students and small groups
• Supporting students in coping with school life and transitions
• Accompanying the students during breaks, excursions and other school activities
• Flexible assignments in different classes and levels – from kindergarten to 6. Category
• Support for organizational and practical tasks in everyday school life
• Close cooperation with teachers, specialists and other staff of the school

Profile

• Good written and oral communication skills in German
• Joy of working with children and young people
• A humorous, open and team-oriented personality
• Flexibility and interest in working in different classes and stages
• Openness for inclusion and the basic attitude of the “New Authority”
• an independent and reliable working method
• Resilience and flexibility in everyday school life
• Good knowledge of German
• Completed vocational training EFZ or higher education
