Location description

The resource will report to Accounting and Fiscal Manager and will be included in the supplier accounting team, following the passive bill management flow for companies of the IBSA group.

Liability

• Registration of invoices for the passive

• Support and interaction with other functions to ensure timely evasion of invoices of goods and services (with and without purchase order in SAP)

• Control and reconciliation of open mail suppliers

• Management of suppliers reminders

• Administrative practices

Profile required

• Trade employee/ accountant's diploma

• 2/3 years of experience in supplier accounting (invoices passive)

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

• Experience in using BLP Digital and SAP

• Good knowledge of Italian; basic knowledge of English

• Innovating, organizing and cooperating

• Responsible and reliable person, accustomed to managing short-term deadlines
