PROFILE

• Proven leadership experience in the railway industry or in plant construction
• UNIVERSITY degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering or economics
• Proven negotiation success in procurement at various stages
• Pragmatic and effective personality with the ability to inspire people for common goals
• Negotiable language skills in German and English, any other language is an advantage
• SAP knowledge of advantageous TASKS
• Professional and disciplinary management of 7 to 9 employees
• Overall responsibility for project and system procurement along all project phases
• Management and development of the sub-area
• Ensuring competitive procurement in compliance with budget, quality and deadlines
• Conducting negotiations with key suppliers and operational support in day-to-day business as an escalation stage
• Risk management in the supply chain and proactive escalation in the event of deviations
• Regular reporting to management
• Support in material calculations in the sales process of customer projects
