Welcome to the Telehealth team

In order to further expand and network our medical offering, we have established our own telemedicine unit. Our Telehealth team, based in Frauenfeld and in the home office, is focused on providing innovative and flexible solutions for our patients. Our telemedicine unit is fully integrated into Medbase’s existing software landscape, allowing our patients to continue to receive seamless care in the same patient record. This enables close cooperation with all our medical centers and ensures that we can provide seamless and high-quality care. In addition, we work closely with our Medbase pharmacies and the Zur Rose mail order pharmacy in Frauenfeld, whose extensive know-how further strengthens our offer. Our telehealth facilities are also located on the Zur Rose premises in Frauenfeld, which further promotes exchange and cooperation. Telemedicine | Home office possible | Co-design of a new unit

Would you like to rethink basic medical care and provide telemedicine services at a high professional level? In our young telemedicine unit, you have the opportunity to work mainly in the home office or to combine your work flexibly with assignments in one of our medical centers.

With the expansion of our telemedicine offer in German-speaking Switzerland and the expansion into Romandie from January 2027, we are ideally looking for a bilingual specialist in general internal medicine who would like to actively shape this development.

A special advantage of our telehealth unit is its close integration into the Medbase network: They exclusively serve patients at our Medbase Medical Centers. With the consent of the patients, you have access to the common patient file and can coordinate the treatment seamlessly with the medical centers. If further clarifications such as laboratory examinations are necessary, they can be carried out directly in the Medical Center.

Their tasks

• Telemedical care and treatment of patients in primary medical care
• Medical care according to applicable standards and taking into account economic efficiency, suitability and effectiveness
• Careful documentation of the services provided in our practice software
• Close cooperation with our medical centers and other interdisciplinary partners within the Medbase Group
• Coordination of further investigations and treatments

This is what they bring with them.

• Completed medical studies with further training as a specialist / specialist for general internal medicine or as a practical doctor / practitioner
• For foreign diplomas: mandatory MEBEKO recognition
• Clinical experience in primary care
• Ideally, you have fluent knowledge of German and French, English is an advantage
• Ideally, experience in Swiss healthcare
• Enjoying digital medicine and adept use of modern information and communication tools
• Independent, responsible and patient-oriented working methods
