Role overview
Tasks: As a day-to-day responsibility, you will support and accompany the team through everyday work and demonstrate your organizational skills.
You are in direct contact with relatives, confidants and other interfaces.
You take responsibility for the professional care and support of our residents.
You help to design the care processes in the long term.
You organize your area of expertise independently using technical and internal standards and guidelines.
As a RAI supervisor, you and our RAI expert will take responsibility for the professional use of the interRAI LTCF instrument.
You will work on the implementation and review of the internal InterRAI LTCF process, support the care team and design the care plans.
You ensure correct and comprehensible coding.
You will also monitor and analyze RAI-specific and medical quality indicators.
Requirements
- Training at secondary or tertiary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, carer for the elderly, home care worker, FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP)
- Further training as a RAI supervisor
- Very good knowledge of German
- Modern understanding of nursing and high social skills
- Sensitive and appreciative approach
- Professional handling of complex situations
