- Responsibility for product strategy and further development of loyalty, customer advocacy and the Brack App – in close coordination with marketing and on the basis of shared corporate and customer goals.
- Development and communication of a clear product vision and a roadmap with a focus on customer benefit and business impact
- Discover new opportunities and develop solutions together with stakeholders and the development team, from problem definition to feasible solution
- Identification of customer needs, market potential and optimization possibilities along the customer journey as well as development of effective solutions
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, effort and strategic relevance
- Control of product decisions using KPIs, experiments and data
- Working closely with the product leads of the other customer journey domains to ensure a seamless shopping experience across our B2C and B2B stores
- Active stakeholder management between engineering, UX, analytics, marketing and other business areas
- Working in an autonomous, cross-functional product team with short iterations and fast release cycles
