Main responsibilities

- You can discover your strengths, develop yourself and make a valuable contribution to the well-being of our inhabitants.
- During your training, you accompany and support our residents in their everyday life.
- For example, you help them with personal care, dressing and lining, nutrition and everyday activities.
- You will learn to respond to the individual needs and habits of our residents and to promote their independence.
- You also take on simple nursing tasks and watch carefully how our residents are doing.
- You pass on changes to the responsible professionals.
