PROFILE Completed studies in business administration, business psychology, organizational development or comparable Several years of experience in organizational change management, ideally in large ERP and/or PLM programs Proven experience in global roll-outs and complex transformation projects Very good understanding of business processes (e.g.
engineering, supply chain, production, finance) Sound knowledge of common change methodologies (e.g.
Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) Strong communication and Ability to moderate at all hierarchical levels High assertiveness coupled with empathy and political tact Very good written and spoken German and English TASKS Overall responsibility for the OCM strategy in the ERP/PLM roll-out Further development and implementation of the change, communication and enablement concept Control of all change measures along the program lifecycle (design, build, deploy, stabilization) Technical leadership and support of the local OCM teams Close cooperation with project management, Stream leads, HR, communication and training Stakeholder management at top management and department level Carrying out change impact analyzes and deriving targeted measures Preparation and moderation of workshops and communication formats
