- During the Sales Excellence Program, you learn step by step everything you need for a successful career as a customer consultant.

- You gain new customers and gradually build your own customer base.
- You support market development in your region and arrange consulting appointments.
- You participate in sales and marketing activities and get to know different sales channels.
- You will complete the comprehensive basic training including the VBV certification funded by us and continuously expand your specialist knowledge as well as your consulting and sales skills. Requirements
- Completed education (teaching, maturity or study)
