- In Institutional Clients, you assume overall responsibility for a strategically important area of the Zürcher Kantonalbank, in which Swiss institutional clients and financial service providers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are supervised at two locations (Zurich and Lausanne).
- You will lead and develop an area of around 35 experienced customer advisors and specialists and set the strategic direction for market development and growth.
- You ensure that our wide range of financial and investment solutions is used in a targeted manner and that the Zürcher Kantonalbank is visibly and relevantly positioned among our institutional clients.
- Through your leadership, you create the basis for long-term, personal customer relationships and a strong anchoring of the bank in the market. Your tasks
- Responsibility of the market development strategy for the institutional segment along with the banking strategy
- Leadership and further development of the assigned customer advisors: inside and specialists: inside as well as ensuring a strong sales culture
- Development and implementation of business development measures with existing and new institutional clients
