Health specialist EFZ in the surgery pool
30-60%
You work without a fixed station on all 3 surgical bed stations and thanks to individual planning assignments you actively shape your services - ideal if you value diversity and flexible working models.
You take over
- the care and support of patients before and after surgery
- the implementation of primary care and support for mobilisation and activation
- diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Tasks in the Station Secretariat
- Team-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation with qualified nurses and other professional groups
- Share responsibility in the training of our learners
You bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a health EFZ specialist with a federal certificate of competence EFZ
- Experience in Acute Hospital
- A careful and forward working method
- Adaptability, independence and responsibility
- a quick understanding and willingness to engage with different teams
- very good communication and service skills
