Main responsibilities
- Care and care for our patients and residents Ensuring the care process
- Preparation, adaptation and evaluation of care documentation Correct collection of performance data
- Integrated 6-month internship at the Department of Acute and Transitional Care
- Cooperation with relatives, doctors, hospitals and other specialists
- Duration of training: 3 years (shortened HF studies of 2 years possible at apprenticeship qualification as a health EFZ) or 3 to 4 years in part-time training
- Own learning transfer training (LTT), including regular exchange with the HF students from the cooperation companies Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a specialist Health EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
- Empathy and a high level of social competence in dealing with patients, residents and their relatives
- Practical understanding, a strong sense of responsibility and an independent working method
