- Training as a qualified surgical nurse or as a qualified surgical nurse.
- Specialist in surgical technology HF with several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- Sound management training and several years of leadership experience
- Optimistic and independent personality with communicative skills, winning appearance as well as implementation and assertiveness
- Positive attitude to actively participate in change processes
