Here you will be involved
- in the management of all secretariats/team management of the clinics and institutes (approx.
60 employees)
- in the administrative tasks for the head of department (e.g.
Record keeping, creating & implementing instructions)
- in supporting projects of the hospital and the medical departments
- in the administrative management of the central bed management
- in all personnel and qualification discussions & the recruitment process
- as a contact person for the clinic information system (KISIM)
- in the optimization of processes
- in the management/organization of the MPA training
- have training in the healthcare sector with further business or management training or comparable Qualifications
- have several years of professional and management experience in the healthcare sector or in a comparable organization
- have fluent spoken and written German
- have strong communication skills, discretion and a structured and precise way of working
- enjoy working independently and in contact with internal and external bodies
- have a high sense of responsibility and great service orientation
- have very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as PEP, teams and KISIM knowledge
- have a high level of identification and passion for the work, flexible and supportive way of working with the Willingness to help out with basic tasks
- An exciting, central task with a lot of scope for action within the operational department with broadly networked activities within the hospital
- Direct reporting to the department head and sitting in the department management meeting
