- Work with data and Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, tracking, and operational tasks across the underwriting lifecycle
- Follow established guidelines and processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas with the team
- Collaborate and communicate effectively in French OR German with colleagues across multiple EMEA locations, building strong cross-functional working relationships
- Support policy administration by managing insurance policies covering both local and international clients
- Contribute to smooth operations during peak periods by prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining high-quality output even under pressure About the Team
