Introduction
As Field Coordinator for the CMS High-Granularity Calorimeter (HGCAL), you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the assembly, integration, testing and commissioning of one of the most innovative particle detectors ever conceived.
Working within a multinational, multidisciplinary team, you will help coordinate the mass assembly and testing of HGCAL detector elements (“cassettes”) on the surface, their integration into the complete 250-tonne detector, and the subsequent system-level testing.

- Master's Degree or PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to work successfully and efficiently within multinational, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and technicians. Technical competencies:
