Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to meet production objectives and ensure the monitoring of manufacturing activities.
- Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to meet production objectives and ensure the monitoring of manufacturing activities.
- Organize and coordinate, in relation with the various production respondents and service providers, the daily objectives while ensuring optimal distribution of the workload
- Manage actions aimed at controlling outstanding amounts, delays or delivery advances in order to meet deadlines
Main responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate, in relation with the various production respondents and service providers, the daily objectives while ensuring optimal distribution of the workload
- Manage actions aimed at controlling outstanding amounts, delays or delivery advances in order to meet deadlines
- Contribute, in a logic of permanent progress, to supporting the cells towards autonomy and accountability

- Manage the organization of inventories
- Lead and/or participate in daily coordination sessions
- Monitor and manage the proper functioning of the precious materials management process (inventory, balance sheets). Profile ES technician or equivalent
- Training in production organization and management or experience deemed equivalent
- Experience in an industrial environment, an asset
- Mastery of IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and production monitoring indicators) Spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Communicative nature, flexible and excellent team spirit
