PROFILE

• Professional or human leadership experience
• Completed vocational training as an automatic technician, electronics technician or electric installer, at most with an HF or FH additional training
• Experience in the commissioning of rail vehicles is advantageous
• High technical and analytical interest and understanding
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working method

• assertiveness to successfully represent concerns even in demanding situations

• Willingness to travel (20%) to serve our national and international customers

TASKS

• Personnel management, promotion and development within the framework of corporate policy and annual targets
• Implementation of employee qualifications
• Planning and coordination of worldwide commissioning processes
• Technical support for the international Stadler fleets
• Creating offers and calculations for worldwide projects
• Independent troubleshooting and troubleshooting as well as static and dynamic commissioning of railway vehicles
• Planning and conducting type tests and first registration of vehicle systems
• Contact person for customers, suppliers and internal interfaces
