Main responsibilities

  • The CEO Service plans, organizes and coordinates events and services dedicated to the accompaniment of students and to the development of their training and professional career, before, during and after studies.
  • It promotes participation in university life and the sense of belonging to the student community, working in close collaboration with departments, affiliated schools, the institutional communication service and a wide network of partners of the territory.
  • The collaborator/trainer operates independently in the daily management of the activities of consulting, accompanying and organizing events aimed at students, referring to the Head of the Service for strategic guidelines and decisions of greater scope.
  • To accompany the students in the awareness of their own attitudes, personal characteristics and professional objectives.

  • Formazione nell'ambito delle risorse umane, economico, delle scienze sociali/della comunicazione o affine (universitaria e/o scuole superiori della filiera professionale).

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, dell’inglese e buona conoscenza di un’altra lingua nazionale, altre competenze linguistiche costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
  • Buone competenze relazionali, doti di ascolto e comunicative.
  • Spirito di iniziativa, flessibilità, attitudine al problem-solving e al lavoro in team.

  • Conceptualize and implement events within the framework of professional integration.
  • Develop content for seminars and workshops on the themes related to the planning and development of professional and personal careers.
  • Develop activities aimed at the meeting between supply and demand. Requirements
  • Training in human, economic, social sciences/communication or related (university and/or higher education in the professional chain).
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in vocational guidance activities, the scheutz, the scheutz or the schötz.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss training system.
  • Knowledge of Italian, English and good knowledge of another national language, other language skills are preferential.
