Application process
- Then apply and become part of our Post-Trade Education & Client Testing Team.
- The online and face-to-face courses are aimed at our customers and employees and impart knowledge about several areas of the securities world and various SIX applications.
- In client testing, you are responsible for central coordination between internal stakeholders and our customers and ensure coordinated implementation of the test scenarios.
- Working closely with your teammates, you ensure that the concerns of new and existing customers regarding testing activities are recorded and successfully implemented.
- The training and client testing activities include various specialist areas of SIX such as Settlement, Corporate Action, Tax, Funds, Clearing and others. These are your tasks
- Creation and implementation of training content for employees and customers (e-learning and face-to-face courses) in various post-trade subject areas such as settlement, corporate actions, tax, etc. in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Conducting high-quality and customer-oriented demo sessions or presentations of applications and services, online or at SIX locations, possibly also at customers on site
- Internal interface for client testing requests and central contact point for coordinating and executing smooth client testing activities with new and existing customers
