As a member of our team, you help to provide quick, competent and empathic care to women with acute and short-term gynaecological problems.

- Support for our patients from reception to the conclusion of the consultation
- triage, organisation and coordination of appointments
- With its five focus topics: women's medicine, pregnancy & birth, musculoskeletal system, rehabilitation and palliative care, our every year, 6,000 inpatients benefit from state-of-the-art treatment centers under one roof – and this in the middle of one of the most beautiful hospital parks in northwestern Switzerland.
Main responsibilities
- Support for our patients from reception to the conclusion of the consultation
- triage, organisation and coordination of appointments
- telephone and via digital appointment booking systems
- assistance in gynaecological examinations and diagnostic examinations (assistance in inserting spirals, small biopsies, punctures of the mamma, wound flushing)
- conduct of blood sampling and urine analyses
- preparation of instruments and examination rooms
- administrative activities and electronic documentation Requirements
- Completed training as medical practice assistant EFZ or qualified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in a gynaecological practice, gynaecological clinic or outpatient emergency care of advantage
