- Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- 2-3 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
Key requirements
- Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- 2-3 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
- Strong communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights into a compelling storyline for the rest of the organisation
- As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- Enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems
- Team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome
- Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL)
- Proficient in programming (e.g. in Python, R, Java, or C++)
- Experience in project management or business analysis
- Fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage
