- Processing and answering oral and written requests from customers and internal customer consultants in German, English and Spanish (preferably Italian and/or French)
Main responsibilities
- First Contact, for Private Banking Customers and External Asset Managers regarding the use of the tools of the Louis Baer e-Channels
- Processing and answering oral and written requests from customers and internal customer consultants in German, English and Spanish (preferably Italian and/or French)
- Analysis and solution of problems, communication and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Documenting and managing all requests in the ticketing system used for this purpose, including pendence management
- Active cooperation in optimizing and further developing the operational Processes in the Service Centre Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a bank, or Matura
- Good banking expertise and interest and understanding of financial products are prerequisites
- Several years of experience as a 1st level call agent with a financial service provider or in private banking
- Stylish German, very good English knowledge, preferably Italian, Spanish and/or French in word and writing
- Communication talent and secure conversational guidance; problem-free mastering of conflict situations; targeted and efficient conversational management
