- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or Matura
- Good banking expertise as well as interest and understanding of financial products are prerequisites
Key requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or Matura
- Good banking expertise as well as interest and understanding of financial products are prerequisites
- Several years of experience as a 1st Level Call Agent at a financial service provider or in private banking
- Stylistic German, very good knowledge of English, preferably Italian, Spanish and/or French in word and writing
- communication talent and secure conversation;
- Easy management of conflict situations; targeted and efficient dialogue
- Readiness for work in shift mode (operating hours 08.00 – 20.00)
- User experience in Microsoft operating systems and MAC OS
- Online and technical affinity (Internet, Mobile & PC Support), general technical understanding Accurate and efficient work Resistable and able to work under pressure
- Team-oriented personality that is always focused on internal and external customers
