- IT support: You will join a small, collaborative IT support team with structured onboarding and team support, enabling you to deliver IT support to onsite and remote users either in person, or via emails, tickets, and calls, resolving both basic and progressively more complex issues.

Main responsibilities

- Hardware management: Assist clients in IT equipment purchasing and deployments (Windows, macOS, Linux) using fleet management and other tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Unified communications: Provide support for videoconferencing tools, rooms and events.

- IT projects: Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and faculty-wide rollouts.
