Role overview
Duties - Ensure the smooth operation and continuity of various medical secretariats by replacing absent medical secretaries/assistants or providing timely support according to the needs of different services (secretariats + medical archives) on our various sites.
Activities Reception - Reception of patients Appointment Management - Management of various internal and external medical appointments Administrative Management - Preparation of medical reports (consultations, operator protocols, discharge letters, etc.) - Ensuring the sending of medical reports to various recipients - Following up on interventions and coordinating various pre- and post-operative appointments - Administrative follow-up of medical files - Digitalization of external medical documents - Monitoring of billing for performed services and billing of services if necessary Communication - Ensuring communication between patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals - Effectively receiving and transmitting telephone messages Assistance - Blood tests, BP, injections, ECG, Holter, dressings - Sending samples to the laboratory and preparing the necessary material for consultations - Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing materials and consultation rooms after each patient Miscellaneous - Management of orders for medical and administrative materials related to consultations Advantages - Medical assistant CFC, ASSC or commercial employee CFC completed by medical secretary training, with proven experience in technical gestures (ECG, blood tests, blood pressure) - Previous experience of at least 1 year in a medical secretariat - Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospital administrative procedures - Proficiency with common IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally the following software: Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda, Medex - Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and good stress resistance - Multiskilled, rigorous, team spirit, and strict respect for confidentiality - Flexibility required regarding working days.
