We are looking for an IT Business Partner for the Civil Engineering Division.
In this role, you are the central interface between the business unit and Implenia Group IT for all topics related to digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence.
As part of the five-member Business Partnering team, you are actively shaping the digital transformation at Implenia.

Main responsibilities
- You are the central IT contact for the Civil Engineering division and advise the business on all topics related to digitalization, automation, data, artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
- As a sparring partner, you work closely with the divisional management, relevant management committees and the area of Project Excellence & Services.
- Together with the specialist and business units, you will identify strategic opportunities, operational challenges and transformation potential.
- You will further develop the value-oriented digitalization roadmap of the division and ensure coordination with the priorities of Group IT.
- You build the bridge between business and IT: You represent the requirements and priorities of the division within Group IT and at the same time convey the technological possibilities, standards and strategies of IT to the departments.
- Together with the central IT Demand Management, you support the division in the evaluation and prioritization of digitalization projects.
- You ensure that requirements are recorded in a structured manner, coordinated and implemented in accordance with Implenia’s strategic goals.
- For selected strategic digitization and transformation initiatives, you take over the management or project management and accompany their successful implementation. Requirements
- You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, civil engineering, architecture, digital business or a comparable qualification.
- In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in a comparable function or in a role with high interface responsibility between business, projects and digitalization.
