Full description
The Financial Services Office is responsible for the management of government accounting. The SAP S/4HANA financial systems are also operated by the IT Finance and Logistics organization at the Financial Services Office. It is responsible for the provision and further development of the canton-wide financial and logistics systems as well as their integration into the overall IT architecture. In addition to SAP S/4HANA, this includes various portal solutions, SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Analytics Cloud.
What to expect
- You will lead the IT Finance and Logistics department in terms of personnel and organization and develop a motivated team of SAP specialists.
- You are responsible for the operation, support and strategic development of the cantonal SAP system landscape in the areas of finance and logistics. We are currently planning to rebuild our SAP financial system.
- You assume overall responsibility for the SAP solutions used, in particular SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- You control external service providers and coordinate cooperation with internal departments and other cantonal organizational units.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of transformations and innovations.
- You shape the cantonal ERP strategy, further develop the SAP target architecture and prepare strategic decisions for management bodies.
- You ensure compliance with compliance, audit and security requirements and are responsible for the economic management of the SAP system landscape.
What distinguishes you
- You have a master’s degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration as well as function-specific training in the SAP environment.
- You bring several years of management and professional experience in the SAP FI/CO environment on SAP S/4HANA.
- You have experience with SAP logistics modules as well as SAP cloud solutions, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.
- You have a proven track record in managing complex SAP or ERP projects.
- You bring experience in strategy work as well as in dealing with steering and decision-making bodies.
- You convince through strong communication skills, a high level of service orientation and an addressee-oriented approach to different stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and distinguish yourself through teamwork and a secure appearance.
