Combining technology, precision and aerospace: As a lead designer, you will be responsible for challenging design and development tasks related to the cold mass forming of Aerospace Fasteners. With your know-how in forming technology and tool manufacturing, you design processes, develop innovative tool solutions and accompanying projects from design to series production. Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the design and calculation of stage sequences for cold mass forming
• Development and construction of forming tools for multi-stage presses with CAD
• Preparation and assurance of complete and correct production documents
• Support and coordination of tool and process implementation on the forming machine
• Implementation of process reviews after samples and test runs as well as monitoring of series start-up
• Cooperation and responsibility in process optimization Your profile:
• Completed training as a constructor with corresponding professional experience, further training as a technician HF or study FH advantageous
• Several years of experience in forming technology as well as in-depth knowledge in toolmaking, ideally in cold mass forming and multi-stage pressing technology
• Excellent CAD knowledge and MS Office knowledge as well as experience with PLM/PDM and FEM tools
• Flowing knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Technical understanding, solution-oriented, precise and conscientious working method
