- Together with your broad-based team, you will further develop the marketing and communication strategy and align it consistently with the corporate strategy.

- With a good sense of market and environmental developments as well as sound analyses, you will succeed in positioning KSW in a targeted manner and strengthening its brand and reputation.
- You design integrated and target-group-oriented communication across the relevant channels and ensure that KSW presents itself convincingly and consistently to patients, employees, referees, partners, media and the public.
- You move confidently in a complex stakeholder environment and understand how to bring different interests together.
- As a strategic sparring partner for the management as well as for the various departments and clinics, you actively contribute your expertise to hospital strategic topics and shape them.
