In the area of Trade, Industries & Services, you work with national and international customers from different industries and accompany them with complex issues in a dynamic environment. Your impact

• You lead and coordinate audits of annual and consolidated accounts of national and international customers from different industries on site or remotely.
• You will assess business processes and support customers with challenging accounting issues in accordance with OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP.
• You carry out special assignments and audits, accompany various project assignments and get involved in the Trade, Industries & Services community.
• You promote and coach employees, support their professional and personal development and contribute to an inspiring team culture.
• You drive the digitalization of auditing by integrating modern data analysis and automation tools into auditing processes.

Your skill set

• You are in possession of a recognised Swiss auditor’s diploma or equivalent qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA.
• You have 4 to 7 years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in the Big Four environment.
• Strong coaching mentality as well as the joy of passing on knowledge and promoting talents are your priority.
• You have a high affinity for digital solutions and interest in data analysis and audit tools such as Alteryx, Power BI or similar technologies.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
