Your tasks

• As a contact person, you advise our employees on all questions relating to infection prevention and infection control.
• You adapt hygiene concepts and prevention strategies, implement them successfully and ensure their sustainable quality.
• You plan and lead training sessions, workshops and audits.
• By analyzing infection data, you derive evidence-based measures to improve patient safety.
• When investigating infections and crisis management, you actively contribute your expertise.
• A close cooperation with the infectiology of our partner hospital is also part of your versatile area of responsibility. Your profile
• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a qualified nurse HF/FH.
• Ideally, you already have further training in the field of infection prevention or clinic hygiene or are ready to complete it with our support.
• At least two years of professional experience in infection prevention distinguish your profile.
• With your strong communication, consulting and social skills, you succeed in competently accompanying different stakeholders.
• You bring fluent German skills, further language skills are a plus.
• Place of work is either Pfäfers or Wil, sporadic travel activities to other locations are a matter of course for you.
