For our five-member recruiting team, we are also looking for a well-established, reliable and committed personality who thinks, tackles and is humorous. You can distribute your 50-60% workload flexibly over the week (also home office possible) and thus optimally combine study and practical experience. Sounds exciting? • Assistance in pre-selecting applications and identifying suitable talents
• Coordination and planning of interviews in close cooperation with our hiring managers
• Obtaining reference information and support in the selection process
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on various platforms
• Support of our recruiting mailbox and first point of contact for applicants
• Administrative support in everyday recruitment

Your profile

• You are currently studying at a technical college or university in the Bachelor or Master, preferably in economics, psychology, business informatics or a similar subject area
• Recruiting, talent acquisition and contact with people inspire you
• You work structured, reliable and keep track of several tasks
• With your open, helpful nature, you like to approach people and also bring a good dose of humor with you.
• You communicate stylishly in German, knowledge of French is an advantage
