- Control complex engineering change requests and coordinate their implementation across departments.
- Implement product, process and documentation changes taking into account quality, costs, deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze key figures, lead times and existing change processes as well as identify and promote potential for improvement.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with various specialist departments and colleagues within the Endress+Hauser Group.
- Create transparency about ongoing technical changes and ensure a smooth flow of information between all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous development of change management processes and establish best practices.
