- Erledigung administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für den internen und externen telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, medizinischen (Med. Praxisassistent/in EFZ) oder pflegerischen Bereich sowie Weiterbildung zur Arzt- oder Spitalsekretärin
- Berufserfahrung als Arztsekretärin im Akutspital von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und der medizinischen Terminologie
- Freude an selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit, hohe Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
