Your responsibility
- They lead around 35 teachers in Cycle 1, accompany them in their professional development and provide impulses for further pedagogical development.
- They are responsible for the annual class and performance planning in Cycle 1 and together with the school management team ensure forward-looking personnel and organizational planning.
- They coordinate central processes and transitions in cycle 1 and ensure clear framework conditions in everyday school life.
- They actively shape the further development of the primary level and take responsibility for selected quality and development processes.
- They are the contact person for teachers, parents and specialists and accompany demanding situations in a solution-oriented manner.
- They work closely with the school management team and jointly assume leadership responsibility for Cycle 1.
Your background
- You have a teaching diploma for the primary level and several years of teaching experience
- You have the training CAS school management or are ready to complete this training.
- They bring leadership experience as well as interest and experience in school and teaching development.
- They have strong communication and social skills, are confident and can represent decisions clearly and comprehensibly.
- They work solution-oriented, proactive and binding and maintain an overview and the necessary calm even in demanding situations.
- They work cooperatively, are flexible and willing to make appointments outside the usual working hours if necessary.
- They have good IT and digital skills and are open to new developments in the school and working environment.
