- Completed law degree (Mlaw or comparable)
- Several years of experience in data protection, compliance or technology law
Key requirements
- Completed law degree (Mlaw or comparable)
- Several years of experience in data protection, compliance or technology law
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and ideally the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Experience in contract review and contract drafting, preferably in the IT or data protection environment
- Strength in advising various stakeholders and in interdisciplinary projects
