As a Senior Legal Counsel, you advise management and departments on challenging issues relating to ICT and human resources law, actively shape legal processes and contribute directly to the company’s success with pragmatic solutions. • Legal advice on ICT, technology and contract law
• Negotiation and examination of complex IT, cloud and service contracts
• Monitoring of tenders, IT projects and digitisation projects
• Support and conduct of contract negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers
• Identification and management of legal risks as well as advice on compliance issues
• Further development of contract standards and legal processes
• Working in strategic corporate initiatives and advising stakeholders on an equal footing

Your profile

• Law degree (Mlaw), preferably with Swiss legal license
• At least 8 years of experience as legal counsel or lawyer: in, preferably in an international environment
• In-depth expertise in public ICT law as well as in the negotiation and design of complex contracts
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a sense for pragmatic, risk-conscious solutions
• Stylistic confident German and very good English skills
• Convincing communication and negotiation skills as well as high independence
• Advantage: Knowledge of personnel, copyright or public procurement law (submission law) and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation between law, technology and business
