In this position, you mainly serve clients from the administrative public sector in various Swiss-German cantons. We are looking for a committed personality with an interest in technical issues and pleasure in developing suitable and sustainable solutions for smaller customers. For our location in St. Gallen or Zurich Airport, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as an employee by February 2027 or by agreement: in Inside Sales. Your role

• Support and further development of an existing customer portfolio with numerous smaller customers
• Responsibility for offers, orders and contracts including calculation and settlement
• Conduct of sales and contract negotiations until successful conclusion
• Identify, analyze and understand customer needs as well as develop suitable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant processes, especially in acquisition, offer and account management
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile

• Basic technical or commercial training with appropriate professional experience
• Mind. 2-3 years of experience in customer support and in the sale of IT solutions and IT projects
• Good understanding of customer needs in the IT environment as well as enjoyment of networking
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as high reliability
• Style-confident knowledge of German (at C1 level) in word and writing
• Analytical thinking and a structured and independent working method
• Team-oriented personality with open and professional communication
