Description Modern IT landscapes become more complex – classical monitoring approaches are no longer enough. As AIOp's Transformation Lead, you connect IT operations, data science, automation and visibility and make our IT operations smarter, more proactive and more efficient. You anchor artificial intelligence specifically in our service delivery, recognize potential and implement sustainable solutions together with the specialist teams – with a strategic view and a true creator mentality.

AIOps platforms, machine learning and big data analytics help you identify anomalies early, reduce alert fat, shorten MTTR and increase availability, resilience and efficiency of our IT-Services. You also drive AI-based innovations that make operational knowledge, change logs, architecture information and troubleshooting instructions from tickets, logs and operating data usable.

Building your role – AIOps & Observability: Building, implementing and developing the AIOps approach in the largest area of the company. Identifying and prioritizing automation and AI potentials in IT operations. You design and develop solutions for the collection, normalization and analysis of operational data such as events, metrics, logs, tracks and ITSM tickets. - Allow AI-based analytics: You use machine learning, predictive analyses and generic AI to detect anomalies, patterns and causes faster and improve root-to-line analysis.

• Automate incident processes: You support automatic detection, categorization, prioritization and correction of incident and develop self-healing workflows for recurring faults. - Making AIOps sustainable: You revitalize models in operation, reduce false alarms, improve data quality and make operational knowledge usable in a smart way.

• Design interfaces & governance: You work closely with IT operations, DevOps, cloud architecture, security, ITSM and data science and ensure that solutions are implemented in compliance with Ents, ints and data protection. - Promote Service Design &42: You integrate new AIOps capabilities into existing ITIL-4 and ITSM processes, support Service Desk and Operations teams in the change and strengthen confidence in AI-supported workflows.

Your profile - Foundation: Completed studies in computer science, business IT or comparable qualifications, as well as several years of experience in modern IT operations, such as ITOps, DevOps or SRE. - Cloud, platform & automation know-how: Practical experience with cloud architectures, ideally in hybrid or multi-cloud environments, as well as with kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift or automation platforms such as Ansible. -obbility & Tooling: Very good knowledge in monitoring and obrability platforms such as CheckMk, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus or ELK stack.

• Data & AI Skills: Good understanding of machine learning, time series analysis, sample and anomaly detection, and experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. - ITSM & Frameworks: Safe handling of IT service management platforms such as Service 07 and in-depth practical experience in ITIL 4 Practices, especially Incident, Problem, Change and Continuous 107. - Business and provider understanding: Experience with an IT service provider or a service provider is beneficial, especially in complex customer and operating environments.

• Work mode & effect: You think analytically, quickly recognize connections in complex system landscapes and can translate technical content step by step between IT operations, data science and management. - Transformation & Mindset: You bring together the skills of creators, moderation and persuasion and enjoy testing AI, LLMs and agentic systems in a practical manner and significantly develop operational processes. - Languages: Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing.
