As AIOps Transformation Lead, you connect IT operations, data science, automation and observability, making our IT operations smarter, more proactive and efficient.

- Modern IT landscapes are becoming more complex – classic monitoring approaches are no longer sufficient for this.
- Foundation: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in modern IT operations, such as ITOps, DevOps or SRE.
- Cloud, Platform & Automation Know-how: Practical experience with cloud architectures, ideally in hybrid or multi-cloud environments, as well as with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift or automation platforms such as Ansible.
Key requirements
- Foundation: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in modern IT operations, such as ITOps, DevOps or SRE.
- Cloud, Platform & Automation Know-how: Practical experience with cloud architectures, ideally in hybrid or multi-cloud environments, as well as with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift or automation platforms such as Ansible.
- Observability & Tooling: Very good knowledge in monitoring and observability platforms such as CheckMk, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus or ELK stack.
- Data & AI Skills: Good understanding of machine learning, time series analysis, pattern and anomaly recognition, and experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- ITSM & frameworks: Secure handling of IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow as well as in-depth practical experience in ITIL 4 practices, in particular incident, problem, change and continuous improvement.
- Operational and provider understanding: Experience with an IT service provider or managed service provider is an advantage, especially in complex customer and operational environments.
- Working methods and effects: You think analytically, quickly identify connections in complex system landscapes and can translate technical content between IT operations, data science and management in a step-by-step manner.
- Transformation & Mindset: You bring maker qualities, moderation and persuasion skills and enjoy trying out AI, LLMs and agent systems in a practical manner and developing operational processes noticeably.
- Languages: Flowing German and very good English skills in word and writing. Your Benefits
