• Ensure 1st level support in compliance with the agreed response and correction times in accordance with our SLA
• Independent analysis, processing and seamless documentation of incoming support requests
• Professional forwarding of complex cases to the responsible 2nd level teams
• Processing and consistent tracking of open tickets with a focus on sustainable solutions
• Continuous knowledge exchange in the team to ensure outstanding service
• Conduct training for our customers in the modules you supervise

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by economically oriented studies (e.g. business informatics - completed or in training)
• Structured working methods, a sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Clear and precise communication, both in writing and oral in German, is a matter of course for you
• interest in modern business software solutions and enjoyment of digital tools
• Experience with Abacus or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong team orientation and commitment to find sustainable solutions together with colleagues and customers
• Strong customer orientation, coupled with appreciation and reliability
