- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): bank, insurance and lateral entry (e.g. hotel industry) possible A strong sense and pleasure in recognizing customer needs.
- A responsible, communicative and resilient personality that keeps calm even in hectic situations.
- Basic knowledge about the products and services of a bank or the willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly.
- A lateral entry, e.g. from the hotel industry or gastronomy, is also welcome.
