You support the "Customer Service & Service Purchasing" area on all traffic modalities taking into account operational/customs and foreign trade requirements.
Independently, you will process specialist task packages such as transport inquiries, create offers and tenders and carry out calculations and analyses.

With your high service orientation, you will supervise and advise specialists and decision-makers of the Migros Group on complex transport subjects.
You create presentations and carry out transport training for our customers.
Operational reporting, the creation of statistics and the securing of controlling reports are part of your area of responsibility.
Demanding clarifications on international framework conditions, customs and foreign trade topics as well as on insurance and transport risks are handled independently. Requirements
Professional experience of several years: In the international logistics/forwarding sector
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial basic training and a completed further education in the field of logistics or supply chain management (e.g. logistics specialist with federal certificate, CAS Supply Chain/Logistics)
You have a solid knowledge of rules of origin, free trade zones and customs regulations.
In addition, you bring in-depth experience of customer aspects, negotiations of transport prices on various transport modalities.

Analytical thinking, organizational talent and a solution- and result-oriented working method are among your strengths.
