- Ensuring cleaning organization according to daily and annual plans in coordination with the competent authorities
- Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in offices, wardrobes, lounges and company clothes cleaning
- Optimisation of workflows in terms of economy, quality, cleanliness and safety at work
- Compliance with the management budget and sustainable use of cleaning and disinfectants
- Responsibility for security throughout the task Requirements:
- Several years of proven experience in the cleaning industry in a managerial role
- Completed training in a relevant area (e.g. facility management)
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning processes as well as experience from the food industry is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Flexibility (including readiness for weekend and holiday assignments) as well as networked thinking and a strong hygiene awareness
