Tasks
- Maintenance and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Coordination of maintenance work with internal staff and external companies
- Ensuring documentation according to ISO guidelines by means of IH-Systems (SAP)
- Monitoring energy supply and recording energy consumption
- Management of the building management system
- Assistance and advice for projects (HLKK facilities)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as mechanic or electrical installer
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the field of HLKK in the food industry
- Good technical understanding
- Readiness for flexible working hours and readiness for piketting
