- Serve as the primary security operations contact between the client and Kudelski Security.
- Investigate and coordinate the response to security incidents and escalations.
Main responsibilities
- Serve as the primary security operations contact between the client and Kudelski Security.
- Investigate and coordinate the response to security incidents and escalations.
- Support ongoing threat monitoring, detection, and response activities.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Palo Alto security solutions.
- Develop, tune, and improve detection content, correlation rules, and security use cases.
- Perform threat hunting and proactive security investigations.
- Analyze logs, alerts, and security data to identify threats and improve visibility.
- Recommend and implement improvements to security processes, workflows, and controls.
- Provide security guidance and remediation recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Contribute to security projects that strengthen the client's overall security posture. Requirements
