Migros Engineering Solutions is the Migros competence center for the development and support of complete solutions in the areas of supply chain, logistics management, etc.
Our planning team is now looking for reinforcement of an experienced person with engineer background who would like to deal with the automation of logistics processes in addition to classic project management.

- Conception, planning and realization of ambitious projects in the field of operational and logistics planning at companies of the Migros Group
- Developing innovative solutions for storage, order picking and goods flow systems and specifying and tendering such systems with a focus on automation
Main responsibilities
- Conception, planning and realization of ambitious projects in the field of operational and logistics planning at companies of the Migros Group
- Developing innovative solutions for storage, order picking and goods flow systems and specifying and tendering such systems with a focus on automation
- Consulting and support in analyses and potential assessments within the framework of strategic projects
- Development of decision bases e.g. master plans for management
- Supporting the transfer of know-how within the Migros Group Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: as a project manager from conception, planning to realization
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): as an engineer or in process and production engineering
- Proven expertise in plant, operational and logistics planning in the industrial environment
- Conceptual and process-oriented thinking skills as well as rapid perception
- High customer focus, high initiative and ready to support changes
