• With your team of 8 employees, you are responsible for strategic key accounts and a business volume of around 180 million francs.
• You sustainably develop existing relationships, identify new opportunities and gain customers for adapted transport solutions.
• Thanks to your understanding of the market, customers and economic issues, you continuously evolve the business unit and its market approaches.
• During important negotiations with customers and contracts, you reconcile divergent interests and find economically viable solutions.
• As a manager you provide direction, set clear priorities and create an environment where individual responsibility and collaboration are experienced on a daily basis.

• Proven experience in driving and/or sales in a comparable function as well as a solid B2B background constitute the basis of this mission.
• Ideally you already work in freight, transport, logistics, construction or the steel industry and you know market mechanisms and customer needs.
• A thorough understanding of the market and business allows you to quickly grasp interrelationships and justify your decisions in an understandable way.
• A university diploma or HES and a mastery of German for negotiation as well as good knowledge of English and French at B1 level complete your profile.
