Head of CIE for railway transport agents CFC - - - - - - - - Your position in the world of mobility As a training partner for SBB, BLS, RhB, the Public Transport Union (UTP) and more than 80 other companies active in or close to mobility, login vocational training SA organises vocational apprenticeships, internships and further training in line with the market for approximately 2100 people in training in more than 35 different professions. On the mandate of the UTP, login organizes the inter-firm courses (CIE) of the apprenticeship of the railway agents CFC. For the start of the apprenticeship 1 August 2026 , we are looking for a Head of CIE for CFC Rail Transport Agents (15 days of lessons during the first two years of learning)

What you can move

• Qualifications of apprentices in the field of CFC rail transport in the framework of the EICs and their preparation for their involvement in the apprenticeship place
• Individual planning for the preparation and follow-up of IECs (e.g.: documentation of the performance of apprentices in the context of competence checks)
• Development of methodological and social skills and support for apprentices according to the situation
• Active use of his own professional experience in public transport (TP)

What you bring

• A40 and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of TP
• Completion of the ESFA certificate or equivalent didactic training, or willingness to take such training.
• Initiative and communicative personality , already having experience as a trainer or in another activity related to training
• Pleasure working with young people
• Methodological and didactic skills, as well as an assured and professional attitude
